Reservation/Booking

You can send us bookings and / or reservations by email, letter or fax. However, these are only binding and legally valid after a down payment has been made.

We accept following payment methods to settle your bill:

* Cash payment
* Card payment from an invoice of Euro 300,-  (bank card/Maestro/V-Pay)
* Bank transfer before departure

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in

Your room / apartment is available from around 4 p.m. If you are arriving after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance so we can organize your check-in.

Check-out

We ask you to vacate your room by 10 p.m. on the day of departure. A longer stay in the room is possible after consultation and paying an extra fee.

Local tax:

The local tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is € 2,60 per person and night from a age of 15 years.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions:

• All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 2 months before the date of arrival.
  You will receive the deposit minus € 20,00 processing fee back.
• For cancellations up to 1 week before departure, 70% of the booking amount is due. (according to AGBH)
• For cancellations up to 1 day before departure, 90% of the booking amount is due. (according to AGBH)
• In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged. (according to AGBH)

The place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes arising from the concluded contract is Landeck. Errors and omissions excepted. 

Travel cancellation insurance

In order to keep your risk as low as possible in the event that you are not able to start your trip, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance from our partner company.
